Caregiving NCII
The CAREGIVING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to provide care and support to infants/toddlers, provide care and support to children, foster social, intellectual, creative and emotional development of children, foster the physical development of children, provide care and support to elderly, provide care and support to people with special needs, maintain healthy and safe environment, respond to emergency, maintain clean living room, dining room, bedrooms, toilet and bathroom, wash and iron clothes, linen, fabric, and prepare hot and cold meals.

Bartending NCII
The BARTENDING NC ll Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to operate a bar, prepare and mix cocktails and non-alcoholic concoctions and provide basic wine service to guests in all food and beverage service providers except for “Specialty Coffee Shops”.

Bread and Pastry Production NCII
The BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to be able to prepare, portion and plate pastries, breads and other dessert items to guests in hotels, motels, restaurants, clubs, canteens, resorts and luxury lines/cruises and other related, and to clean baking/ cooking equipment , tools and utensils.
